Krishna Group celebrated its Silver Jubilee Anniversary on 25th October 2018 at Taj Palace, New Delhi. To commemorate the occasion Honourable Chairman of Suzuki Motor Corporation Osamu Suzuki was the chief guest. The Government of India honored Suzuki San in 2007 with the Padma Bhushan, the third highest civilian award, for his services to the Indian motor industry. Mr. Ashok Kapur and Mr.Sunandan Kapur hosted the event which witnessed the gracious presence of Senior management from Maruti Suzuki team, esteemed clients and supporters of Krishna/ SKH, dignitaries from Auto , Media, Real Estate industry along with the Krishna/ SKH officials’ family members to celebrate the magical milestone of 25 years of the Krishna/SKH family. The Krishna/SKH family has been driven by the philosophy of “Customer First” and over 25 years and this is reflected through the partnerships created and the products that are made today. Across the Krishna/SKH family, initiatives have already been put in motion where the chairman and Vice Chairman are directly responsible for working towards our new motto: Passion for People.
SKH celebrated SKH EMERGE Day on 13th May 2018 embarking the launch of new philosophy and culture in all the SKH Group of companies. The event was hosted by our honourable Vice Chairman Mr. Sunandan Kapur wherein all the SKH employees came in together to imbibe and celebrate the EMERGE philosophy.
KQ Seats participated in BIG Cine Expo, held in Mumbai this year showcasing it’s leading range of Cinema, Auditorium and Public Seating systems. With more than 300,000 seats installed across the country, it can be proudly said that every time you enjoy a movie with your friends and family, there is a 90% chance you are sitting on one of KQ Seats’ chair. We participated in Big Cine Expo with a major target to attract new clients and to increase the visibility of our brand in the competitive entertainment seating industry. This expo had footfall of all the major cinema theaters/multiplexes from all over India, Bangladesh, Nepal and Middle East.
Krishna/SKH Group participated in Vibrant Gujarat 2019 held in the month of January’19 in Gujarat, inaugurated by Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. The Krishna/SKH Group stall was well appreciated by all the Automotive OEMs present in the event.
SIAC SKH, Prithla in its pioneering Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) effort launched four Medical Mobile Van in the Prithla village fully equipped to facilitate the medical treatment of villagers in the vicinity. On the opening day, medical vans did a diagnosis of more than 130 people and offered them suitable medication recommended by a team of qualified of doctors. The inauguration was done by Mr.Parvesh Soni, Director and CEO of SKH Group in the presence of esteemed village Sarpanch, SIAC SKH staff and local government officials.
In continuation to the belief of our honorable Vice Chairman Mr. Sunandan Kapur's Healthy Body = Healthy Mind, SKH had successfully organized its 4th Volley Ball Tournament 2019. The winners of the tournament were SKH MM Manesar team led by Mr. Vivek Talmale, 1st runners up SKH Metals Gurgram team led by Mr. Saurabh Gupta & 2nd runners up SIAC SKH team led by Mr. Arvind Gautam were awarded and felicitated by honorable Vice Chairman.
SKH Campus 2018 has been a great experience of propounding brand SKH in India, to begin with activity kicked off in North India region at Agra / Mathura, Jaipur, Delhi & Mohali and in West India Region at Aurangabad. SKH Campus Drive been a good opportunity for us to meet 600 students, covering 15 colleges and thereby picking the best 60 minds into Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automobile & Tool Engineering for various operation function, by a thorough selection process of written test, group discussion, personal interviews and final assessment with Group HR Head, Mr. Manjit Singh. All GETs (Graduate Engineer Trainees) were welcomed by CEO, Mr. Parvesh Soni, along with Corporate Functional Heads and were detailed about SKH Core Values and EMERGE Culture and also been shared their onboarding plan with clear understanding and decent time spent in supplier, customer and support processes. Our Vice Chairman, Mr. Sunandan Kapur also made the GET’s feel special by meeting with all of them and spending time with them by appraising their future with SKH and manner their learnings and career has been planned ahead for them.
SKH’s Indian operational expertise and SIAC’s technical know-how has come together to establish a state-of-art manufacturing facility in Jaipur, Rajasthan in 2019 for providing Cabin systems to its esteemed customer JCB India Limited. To ably supply critical part and support JCB for the Off-road automotives segment, the SIAC SKH facility is being set up in the vicinity of JCB plant in Mahindra World City, Jaipur. SIAC SKH facility’s Groundbreaking ceremony was graced by the presence of Mr. Vipin Sondhi MD & CEO, JCB India Limited and our honorable Vice Chairman Mr. Sunandan Kapur in the presence of key officials from both the organizations. The plant is expected to be fully operational from November 2019.
SKH complying with increasing focus on safety, quality, delivery as well as cost believes that faltering on even a single front can literally push it back by a decade in its growth story. SKH conducted a Supply Chain Up-gradation meet on 10th November 2017 at SKH Metals, Manesar in the presence of Vice Chairman, SKH Corporate Heads and Business Unit Heads.
SKH SMC whole heartedly acknowledge support from family members to all our team members to help achieve higher level of performance at work. To thank and celebrate the SMC team and their family their contributions, “The Family Day 2018” was organized. The event was celebrated with a lot of fervor both at Pune and Chennai locations. True to the spirit of “ENJOYMENT” which is one of SKH EMERGE key tenets. At SKH SMC, Pune the evening was filled with family enjoyment with employee spouses, kids and friends performing at the stage. Well such was that evening when we encouraged and witnessed our own family member’s extraordinary dance and singing performances. The event theme, “Colors of India” had come out as a cherry on the cake, from colorful mocktails and the varieties of delicious cuisines to the Photobooth, tattoo artist & games for kids. Even a professional would have some amount of stage fear, where as our kids were awesome and so is one incident when a 7 year old Boy Master Shubhankar Deshmukh requested for 15 more minutes to continue to play Tabla. At SKH SMC, Chennai though the Chennai team being small in size but high on energy aims to grow faster to become bigger. Madras and Rajasthan, two contradictory cultures. What if when we experience Rajasthan in Chennai. Nothing better than Choki Dhani, giving an overall flavor of North West theme. Those memorable evenings filled with pottery, camel rides, fine art…. and endless moments of joy. Such an enthusiasm brings inspiration to organize more such interventions and build a further more formidable team.

SKH’s Indian operational expertise and Y-TEC’s technical know-how came together to form a state-of-art manufacturing facility in Becharaji, Gujarat for providing high tensile metal forming solutions, to ably supply critical chassis and suspension assemblies to Suzuki Motors Gujarat (SMG). The SKH Y-TEC facility was inaugurated on 14th November 2017 by our honorable Vice Chairman Mr. Sunandan Kapur in the presence of key delegates from MSIL and SMG.
